1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
✔ Product is damaged or defective
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
✔ Wrong item received
If we deliver a different product than what you ordered, we will replace it.
✔ Missing items
For missing items from your package, notify us within 24 hours with unboxing proof (video required).
Note:
For consumable products (like coffee, supplements, foods, beauty items), returns are accepted only if the item is unused, sealed, and in original condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used consumable products (coffee, supplements, food items, etc.)
- Products with broken seals
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Clearance, promotional, or discounted items
- Gift cards, downloadable items, or digital services

3. Return Time Window
You must notify us within:
- 48 hours for damaged, defective, or wrong items
- 24 hours for missing items (unboxing video required)
- 7 days for return requests (sealed, unused products only)
Requests made after these time limits may not be accepted.
4. Return Conditions
To complete your return, you must provide:
- Order number
- Customer name & phone number
- Clear images/video of the product, packaging, and issue
- Invoice or proof of purchase
- Unboxing video (for damage/missing claims)
Items must be returned:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original packaging
- With all accessories & labels
5. Refund Options
Once your return is approved, you may choose one of the following:
✔ Replacement Product (preferred and fastest)
We send you the same product at no extra cost.
✔ Store Credit / Coupon
You receive a voucher equal to the product value to use on future purchases.
✔ Refund to Original Payment Method
Available only when:
- Product is defective
- Product is out of stock for replacement
- Wrong product was sent
Refund processing:
Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect depending on your payment provider or bank.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- If the product is damaged, wrong, or defective — we cover the return shipping cost.
- If you want to return for personal reasons (change of mind, dislike, etc.) — customer pays the return shipping charge.
We recommend using a trackable courier service.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
After we process or ship your order, cancellation is not possible.
Refund for cancelled orders (if eligible) will be processed within 3–7 business days.
8. Exchanges
We replace items only in cases of:
- Defective product
- Wrong product
- Damaged item upon delivery
Send us proof, and we will arrange a replacement immediately.
9. Product Not Received / Lost Parcel
If your parcel is lost during shipping:

- After confirmation, you will get a replacement or full refund
